A Revolutionary Approach to Midlife Care for Women and Men

Menopause in women—and testosterone deficiency in men—can quietly change how your body feels, how sex feels, and how connected you feel to yourself or your partner.

You may notice low libido, vaginal dryness, or painful sex. Hot flashes and night sweats disrupt your day and sleep. Brain fog makes it hard to focus. Menopause weight gain changes how you feel in your body. You might feel disconnected, frustrated, or confused by changes you never expected.

These symptoms rarely come alone. When intimacy issues happen alongside sleep problems, mood changes, and physical discomfort, it can feel overwhelming. But you don't have to struggle through this—these changes deserve real answers and compassionate care.

You don’t have to accept feeling unlike yourself.

A private Menopause Reset Call is a first step toward understanding what’s changing — and what can help.

Board-Certified Physician with Advanced Training in Menopause & Sexual Medicine

Dr. Anastasiia Neelagaru is a board-certified physician with focused expertise in menopause and sexual medicine.

Her clinical training includes advanced education in hormonal health, sexual dysfunction, and the complex physiologic changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause.

  • Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP)

  • ISSWSH Fellow (International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health)

  • Member of Obesity Medical Association

  • Expert in hormone therapy and sexual dysfunction treatment

Menopause and sexual health concerns are often minimized, misunderstood, or treated as isolated symptoms.

Dr. Neelagaru’s approach is rooted in understanding how hormonal, neurologic, vascular, and relational factors intersect — particularly during perimenopause and menopause.

Rather than offering generic solutions, care is individualized, evidence-based, and grounded in both current guidelines and clinical experience.

“As a perimenopausal woman who experienced brain fog and mood swings firsthand, I developed a physician-led program that helps women understand what’s happening in their bodies—and what to do about it. The goal: better sleep, steadier mood, renewed sexual connection, and a stronger foundation for healthspan and sexspan.”
